Teacher Funding Request

Our goal is to be the best possible stewards of the donations we receive from parents and alumni, ensuring every dollar has the greatest impact on our students. Additionally, it is essential we follow accounting protocols for our 501c3.

Please keep the following guidelines in mind:

Pre-Approval is Required for all Expenditures. We are unable to guarantee any funding without prior Board approval, even if the FHGM approved the expense in previous years.

School Funding First. To stay fiscally responsible to our donors, FHGM funds will only be used when the school or district cannot cover the cost.

Field Trips: Due to liability concerns, the FHGM cannot pay any field trip vendors.

If the school can't cover a need, please don't hesitate to ask.
